La Revoluci\u00f3n Industrial que no todos los seres humanos adoptamos de la misma manera (mi lado extra\u00f1o filos\u00f3fico que m\u00e1s adelante conocer\u00e9is) hizo progresivamente acentuar estas diferencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y durante mucho tiempo fue as\u00ed por las condiciones evidentemente sociales, culturales, econ\u00f3micas y pol\u00edticas. Pero hoy, \u00bfes verdaderamente as\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00ed es cierto, que ya en el siglo XX hab\u00eda una situaci\u00f3n sociopol\u00edtica muy diferente a la actual, y particularmente tras la in\u00fatil y absurda Guerra Civil de nuestro pa\u00eds. Y sin meterme en pol\u00edtica, que imagino todos pens\u00e1is que fue una aut\u00e9ntica masacre entre coexistentes, vecinos, amigos e incluso familiares, quiero contaros mi experiencia:<br \/>\nEn mi tierra, en la que nac\u00ed, Sevilla, les llamaban \u201clos se\u00f1oritos\u201d, desde el cari\u00f1o eso s\u00ed, con todo el respeto, admiraci\u00f3n y agradecimiento del mundo.<br \/>\nLos se\u00f1oritos eran la clase pudiente, vamos, el empresario, el que pagaba, \u201cla mano que mece la cuna\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He vivido historias de mis abuelos que contaban lo maravillosamente que crecieron en casa de los \u201cse\u00f1oritos\u201d de sus familias trabajadoras que serv\u00edan y trabajaban incondicionalmente a esas personas que les trataban bien y particularmente a los ni\u00f1os (era el caso de mi abuela) como una m\u00e1s de su familia. \u00bfEra aquella la mano que les daba de comer?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e9 que este art\u00edculo, va a levantar ampollas igual que otros anteriores, pero me gusta abrir debates, porque \u00e9ste es el pre\u00e1mbulo de algo que pronto publicar\u00e9 y quiero recibir opiniones de todos los colores, situaciones y pensamientos, porque seguro, enriquecer\u00e1n mi conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la mano que te da de comer, la que te da trabajo remunerado o la que produce la remuneraci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y aqu\u00ed es donde todos, absolutamente todos, discuten. El choque eterno derecha- izquierda- arriba y abajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta pregunta la he realizado mil veces. La mano que da de comer es la que produce. O es que resulta \u00bfqu\u00e9 ese era mi lado luchador sindicalista activo?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y ahora me toca el lado contrario, el lado de empresaria, veo que la mano que te da de comer es la que produce, porque, queridos empresarios, CEO\u00b4s, colegas: Nuestras personas son las que nos dan de comer, son las que producen, las que nos hacen crecer o no crecer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Somos las personas las que movemos monta\u00f1as, las que movemos muros, las que llegamos a lo impensable, pero siempre cuando nos cuidan y sabemos cuidar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O t\u00fa, \u201cobrero\u201d, \u00bfpiensas que eres indispensable para tu empresa? \u00bfPero qu\u00e9 eres sin tu empresa? \u00bfEstas lo suficientemente preparado como para crecer por ti mismo? \u00bfCrees que tienes cualquier derecho por encima de todo? \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si muerdes la mano de tu jefe?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O t\u00fa, \u201cempresario\u201d, \u00bfqu\u00e9 ser\u00edas sin tus empleados? \u00bfEst\u00e1s preparado para una fuga de talentos? \u00bfcrees que tu falta de \u00e9tica o legalidad la aguantar\u00e1n tus trabajadores? \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si muerdes su mano o sus manos?<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"ms-editor-squiggler\" style=\"color: initial;
