Pero ser muy bueno en una tarea y saber dirigir a otras personas son dos habilidades distintas.<\/h4><h4>Muchos mandos intermedios llegan al puesto sin que nadie les haya explicado c\u00f3mo se hace. Y se nota en tres momentos concretos.<\/h4><h4><strong>Cuando toca delegar.<\/strong> Es tentador hacerlo uno mismo \u00abporque sale m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido\u00bb. Pero quien no delega acaba saturado, y el equipo se queda sin oportunidades de crecer. Delegar bien no es soltar una tarea: es explicar qu\u00e9 se espera, dar autonom\u00eda y acordar c\u00f3mo se har\u00e1 el seguimiento.<\/h4><h4><strong>Cuando toca dar feedback.<\/strong> Muchos responsables lo posponen hasta que el problema es grande, o lo suavizan tanto que el mensaje no llega. El feedback \u00fatil es espec\u00edfico, cercano en el tiempo y habla de comportamientos, no de personas.<\/h4><h4><strong>Cuando surge un conflicto.<\/strong> Ignorarlo no lo hace desaparecer. Escuchar las dos versiones, separar hechos de interpretaciones y buscar un acuerdo es una habilidad que se aprende y se entrena.<\/h4><h3><strong>Si lideras un equipo, hazte estas tres preguntas:<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li><h4>\u00bfHay alguna tarea que sigo haciendo yo y que otra persona podr\u00eda asumir con mi apoyo?<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo fue la \u00faltima vez que di feedback a alguien de mi equipo, sea positivo o de mejora?<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>\u00bfHay alguna conversaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil que estoy aplazando?<\/h4><\/li><\/ol><h4><strong>&#8230; y cuanto antes se acompa\u00f1e a quien acaba de asumir el rol, menos desgaste para \u00e9l y para su equipo.<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Liderar no depende de un talento innato.
